• $50 Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee Is required to hold your date on my schedule. Please note that this fee Is separate from service pricing and Is not a deposit towards services.

The booking fee Is non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid after receiving your quote and agreeing to contracted services.

This fee covers:

• Securing you wedding date.
• Mileage to and from the on-site location(within the greater OKC Metro)
• Setup and clean up on the wedding day

If your location is beyond 30 miles, please clarify when inquiring for accurate travel fees.

• Hair Preparation: All wedding party members must arrive with clean, completely dry hair. If blow-drying is required, a $25 fee will be added per person.

• Service Limits: I can accommodate up to 6 services depending on the timing and needs of your party. For larger parties or tight schedules, additional stylists may be required. I'm happy to recommend trusted professionals to join your team if needed, but I'm not responsible for stylists booked separately.

• Payment Details: Services must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the wedding date. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• If the wedding is canceled with less than 30 days notice, 50% of the total service amount will still be due.

• If the wedding date needs to be rescheduled, I'll do my best to accommodate the new date. However, payments from the original booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new booking fee will be required to secure the updated date.

• Payment Responsibility: Brides or booking parties are responsible for the full payment of all services provided. If wedding party members are paying individually, please collect their payments ahead of time to streamline the process.

• Additional Fees: Any travel-related expenses (e.g., valet, parking, tolls, lodging, or flights) are the responsibility of the bride or booking party. These fees may apply depending on the location and time of the event.
