Important Policies
It’s so important that you are 100% satisfied with your hair. From the moment you sit in my chair to the moment you leave the salon, I want your overall experience to be amazing! Refunds will not be made available. If you are unhappy with your service, I am happy to schedule a revision appointment within 7 days of the service visit.
There are limitations for revision services to protect all parties involved:
Your service is valid for up to 7 days after your service was performed.
You will no longer be eligible for a revision service if another stylist makes any changes to the hair.
With any color safe retail products purchased at Maven Beauty Co., your color service is guaranteed 100%. This does not include products purchased from other salons or retailers.
Any kind of alterations to the hair such as box color/blonding will not be eligible for a revision service.
Please come to your appointment on time with clean and dry hair. If you are running late, a 15 minute grace period is allotted. If a client is more that 15 minutes late, 100% of their service cost will be charged and will be asked to reschedule.
Late Policy
All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to be subjected to a fee.
50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less than 24 hours of the appointment time.
100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
No-Show Policy
If a client no-shows an appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged and a 50% deposit will be due before scheduling another appointment. No-Show appointments run the risk of being unable to reschedule/schedule future appointments.
